INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 chicken breasts , cut into large cubes
- 10 drops louisiana hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- ground red pepper
- 2-3whole habaneros , from a jars
DIRECTIONS
- Heat up water in pan on medium heat while cutting up chicken breasts.
- Add chicken breasts to pan and add next 5 ingredients stirring them together.Don’t cut up the Habanero, they are just for flavor.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on meduim, then turn down heat and simmer another 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the Habanero completely after cooking.
- Serve.
