INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 chicken breasts , cut into large cubes
  • 10 drops louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • ground red pepper
  • 2-3whole habaneros , from a jars

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat up water in pan on medium heat while cutting up chicken breasts.
  2. Add chicken breasts to pan and add next 5 ingredients stirring them together.Don’t cut up the Habanero, they are just for flavor.
  3. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on meduim, then turn down heat and simmer another 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the Habanero completely after cooking.
  5. Serve.
