INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soft butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped (optional)
  • 1 lb mini marshmallows
  • Frosting

  • 1 2/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup canned evaporated milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cream together butter, sugar and cocoa.
  2. Stir in eggs.
  3. Add flour, vanilla, salt and nuts.Stir.
  4. Pour into greased, 1-inch deep baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 min or until done.
  6. Cover with marshmallows.Cook an additional 3 minute.
  7. Mix together frosting ingredients and cover brownies with frosting.
