INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (9inch) graham cracker crust
  • 3 (8ounce)packages cream cheese
  • 1 (12ounce)can pumpkin puree or pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until smoothly blended.
  3. Bake for about 1 hour to 1 hr 15 minute.
  4. Cool then refrigerate.
