INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large apple
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash large apple.
  2. Slice across apples to make slices (rings) 1/2" thick.
  3. Use center slices.
  4. Remove center core.
  5. Grease pan with butter.
  6. Place apple slice in pan.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon, then with 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
  8. Dot top with 1/4 teaspoon butter.
  9. Bake about 20 minutes.
