INGREDIENTS
- 1 green pepper , chopped
- 1 small red onion , chopped
- 1 (15ounce)can pinto beans
- 1 (15ounce)can black-eyed peas
- 1 (15ounce)can white corn
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Drain corn, beans and peas.
- Combine the pepper, onion, and all cans into
- large bowl.
- Boil the vinegar, add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Pour over vegetables, and stir.Refridgerate overnight.
- Serve with Fritos Scoops.
