INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cans bavarian sauerkraut , do not drain (I use Bush’s brand)
  • 1 (28ounce)can diced tomatoes , do not drain
  • 1 (12ounce)can mushrooms , drained
  • 1 large onion , sliced
  • 1 lb bacon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry; drain.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients and bake uncovered 1 hour.
