INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon browning sauce (optional)
  • 4bone-in chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine first eight ingredients; rub over chicken.
  2. Place in a 5 quart slow cooker.
  3. Add broth.
  4. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
