INGREDIENTS

  • 4 apples , peeled and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toss apples in lemon juice.
  2. Melt butter in skillet and sautee apples until glazed (about 5 minutes).
  3. Beat eggs, salt, milk & flour until smooth.
  4. Combine ingredients in a greased cake pan.
  5. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
