INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium free-range eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fructose
  • 2/3 cup natural sugar-free yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon arrowroot
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 1 apple , cored and sliced thinly

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Whisk all ingredients exceptfor the apple together until smooth. Divide apple slices into the bases of 2 heat-proof ramekins. Pour custard mix over the top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until custard is set and golden on top.
