INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (16ounce)package penne pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary or
  • 1/8 dried rosemary
  • 2 (3 1/2ounce)packages pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 (7ounce)jar roasted sweet red peppers
  • 3 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large skillet, layer the pasta, minced rosemary, halved pepperoni, sliced pepperocinis and chopped red peppers.
  2. Add water; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  4. Add cream and parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
