INGREDIENTS
- 1 (16ounce)package penne pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary or
- 1/8 dried rosemary
- 2 (3 1/2ounce)packages pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
- 1 (7ounce)jar roasted sweet red peppers
- 3 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, layer the pasta, minced rosemary, halved pepperoni, sliced pepperocinis and chopped red peppers.
- Add water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Add cream and parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
