INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1poblano peppers
  • cajun seasoning
  • butter or margarine

DIRECTIONS

  1. grill poblano or roast on gas burner. peel off skin , remove seeds and dice.
  2. Microwave corn until hot following package directions. drain.
  3. add up to 1 tbsp cajun seasoning (careful), or to taste and same with butter or margarine.
  4. Mix poblanos in and serve!
