INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons plum preserves
- 1 green onion , thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash red peppers
- 4 center-cut pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
- 1 garlic clove , split
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- In small saucepan, heat and stir plum preserves, green onion, soy sauce, lemon juice, curry powder, cinnamon and red pepper over medium heat until bubbly; set aside.
- Trim fat from pork chops.
- Rub both sides of chops with garlic.
- Place chops in baking dish.
- Baste with sauce.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear, basting often.
