INGREDIENTS

  • 1 salmon fillet , boned, skinned
  • curry powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slather both sides of the fish with plenty of curry.Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, salt and pepper.Rub the spices into the fish.
  2. Wrap fish in a foil packet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
