INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice , freshly squeezed (don’t use the bottled stuff, blech)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Spoon over vegetables or drizzle lightly over dressed salads as a garnish.
