INGREDIENTS
- 8 cups mixed salad greens (wtih baby spinach)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 1/4 lbs roasted turkey, pulled into strips (or rotisserie chicken)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup croutons
- 3/4 cup blue cheese dressing
DIRECTIONS
- Divide greens and spinach between 4 plates.
- Top with shredded carrots, turkey,cranberries and croutons.
- Spoon blue cheese dressing over salads.
