INGREDIENTS

  • 8 cups mixed salad greens (wtih baby spinach)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 1/4 lbs roasted turkey, pulled into strips (or rotisserie chicken)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 3/4 cup blue cheese dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Divide greens and spinach between 4 plates.
  2. Top with shredded carrots, turkey,cranberries and croutons.
  3. Spoon blue cheese dressing over salads.
