INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pieces center-cut pork chops
  • 1/3white onion
  • 1/3 green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1/3 cup water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Salt and pepper the pork chops in a baking pan.
  3. Cut onion and bell pepper into pieces. Sprinkle on top and sides of pork chops.
  4. Pour wine over pork chops.
  5. Pour water in between pork chop pieces.
  6. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Flip chops over and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
