INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 potatoes , sliced
  • 2 (10 1/2ounce)cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 (10 1/2ounce) soup cans milk
  • 3 cups cooked ham
  • salt
  • pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Butter 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Layer potatoes on bottom of dish; salt & pepper, if desired.
  3. Place a layer of ham.
  4. Continue layers, finishing with potatoes on top.
  5. Mix soup and milk, until creamy.
  6. Pour over casserole.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
  8. This also can be microwaved if in a hurry.
  9. Microwave on high for about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
