INGREDIENTS

  • 2whole wheat pita bread
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 4 ounces alfalfa sprouts
  • 8 slices tomatoes
  • 16 slices cucumbers
  • 4 ounces peppercorn ranch dressing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut pitas in half and form a pocket in each.
  2. Divide roast beef, sprouts, tomatoes and cucumbers equally between the pitas.
  3. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
