INGREDIENTS
- 1 (10 1/2ounce)can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
- 2 cups colby cheese (shredded)
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns (thawed)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine soup, butter, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.
- Gently mix in the hash browns and pour into greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
