INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (10 1/2ounce)can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups colby cheese (shredded)
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns (thawed)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine soup, butter, salt, pepper, onions and cheese.
  2. Gently mix in the hash browns and pour into greased 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
