INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (16ounce)can green beans
  • 5 new potatoes (or however much of regular potatoes)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash and quarter taters.
  2. boil covered until tender.
  3. drain.
  4. open green beans and drain.
  5. throw in pot with taters add feta.
  6. salt and pepper to taste and serve with pork chops, ham steak or beef –mmmm.
