INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg , beaten
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray Pam in a 9 inch loaf pan.
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, bananas and milk.
- Stir in dry mixture until just blended.
- Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes until loaf tests done.
