INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy.
  3. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into waffle iron and cook for approximately 5 minutes (or according to your waffle iron directions).
  5. Serve immediately or cool to pack into freezer bags and freeze.
