INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
  • 1/2 cup gray salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 200 degrees F.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients.
  3. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet and bake for 2 hours, or until completely dried.
  4. Grind in a food processor, and store in a covered container.
