INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 12 graham crackers (crushed fine)
- 2 ounces butter (soft not melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
Filling
- 12 ounces cream cheese (4-3 oz pkgs)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Topping
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
- Crust:.
- Mix all ingredients together and spread in bottom of 8-in springform pan (do not pack).
- Filling:.
- All ingredients must be room temperature.
- Mix all ingredients together.Mix with mixer just until smooth; pour in springform pan. Place in preheated 300°F oven for 40 minutes or till the filling is firm.
- Cool very slowly or cake will crack.
- When filling is cold and only then, spread topping on top then place back in 300°F oven for 7 minutes.
- Topping: Mix till smooth.
- Refrigerate for 8 hours for best flavor.
