INGREDIENTS

    Crust
  • 12 graham crackers (crushed fine)
  • 2 ounces butter (soft not melted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Filling

  • 12 ounces cream cheese (4-3 oz pkgs)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • Topping

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Crust:.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and spread in bottom of 8-in springform pan (do not pack).
  3. Filling:.
  4. All ingredients must be room temperature.
  5. Mix all ingredients together.Mix with mixer just until smooth; pour in springform pan. Place in preheated 300°F oven for 40 minutes or till the filling is firm.
  6. Cool very slowly or cake will crack.
  7. When filling is cold and only then, spread topping on top then place back in 300°F oven for 7 minutes.
  8. Topping: Mix till smooth.
  9. Refrigerate for 8 hours for best flavor.
