INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (7ounce)package elbow macaroni , 2 cups uncooked
  • 1 (3 1/2ounce)package pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini , sliced
  • 1 cup cucumbers , parred and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups tomatoes , chopped
  • 1 cup radishes , sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots , grated
  • Dill Dressing (use 1 cup)

  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk , undiluted
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. For salad prepare macaroni according to directions. Drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients chill thoughly.
  3. Toss salad before serving.
  4. For dressing:.
  5. Combine all ingredients in jar. Cover and shake well.
  6. Chill.
  7. Mix with macaroni salad. (make 1 cup).
