INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (8ounce)package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
  • 1 cup cold orange juiceor cranberry juice
  • 1 (8ounce)can pineapple chunks , drained
  • 1 (11ounce)can mandarin oranges , drained

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir boiling water into jello until jello is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in cold juice.
  3. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until jello is thickened.
  4. Stir in fruit.
  5. Spoon into 6-cup jello mold sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Unmold.
  8. Garnish as desired.
