INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 30 g sliced almonds
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • 30 g pecans , chopped
  • 50 g linseed (flaxseeds)
  • 20 g millet, puffed
  • 20 g coconut , desicated
  • 30 g puffed rice cereal

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together all the nuts, seeds and cereals together in a bowl.
  2. Measure one 1.5 metric cups per serve serving into a breakfast bowl and serve with mixed berries and 1 - 2 tablespoons yogurt.
