INGREDIENTS
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g pine nuts
- 30 g sliced almonds
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 30 g pecans , chopped
- 50 g linseed (flaxseeds)
- 20 g millet, puffed
- 20 g coconut , desicated
- 30 g puffed rice cereal
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together all the nuts, seeds and cereals together in a bowl.
- Measure one 1.5 metric cups per serve serving into a breakfast bowl and serve with mixed berries and 1 - 2 tablespoons yogurt.
