INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 8-16 ounces shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in pan.Mix in flour, browning slightly.
- Add milk, stirring constantly to thicken.
- Mix in cheese, allowing it to melt.
