INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado , peeled and destoned
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes , chopped
  • 1 dash Tabasco sauce or pepper sauce
  • lemon juice
  • 1 large whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 lettuce , shredded
  • fresh ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mash the avocado, sun dried tomatoes and Tabasco together. Squeeze in a little lemon juice to taste. Place the avocado mash on the tortilla, then the bean sprouts and lettuce, and pepper to taste, and roll the wrap.
