INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts , cut into 1 inch strips
  • 1 (1 1/4ounce)packet fajita seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 green peppers , cut into 1 inch strips
  • 2red peppers, cut into 1 inch strips
  • 1 large onion , sliced
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 1/2 cups salsa

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix fajita seasoning mix and flour in large bowl.Add chicken and toss to coat.
  2. Add coated chicken and remaining ingredients into crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Serve with warm tortillas, cheese, guacomole, and sour cream.
