INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb deli roast beef , shaved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 onion , diced
  • 1 cup mushrooms , diced
  • 1/2 cup jarred alfredo sauce
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 6sandwich buns

DIRECTIONS

  1. Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil.
  2. Add roast beef and stir till combined.
  3. Add alfredo sauce and mix.
  4. Spoon mixture on rolls, top with provolone and broil in oven till cheese melts.
