INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hazelnut-flavored coffee
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (half a bag)
  • 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS

  1. 1. Cream butter with sugar until fluffy.
  2. 2. beat in the egg and the vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Combine the dry ingredients.
  4. 4. stir in chocolate chips and cranberrys.
  5. 5. drop by large spoonfulls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  6. 6. bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
