INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hazelnut-flavored coffee
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (half a bag)
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Cream butter with sugar until fluffy.
- 2. beat in the egg and the vanilla extract.
- 3. Combine the dry ingredients.
- 4. stir in chocolate chips and cranberrys.
- 5. drop by large spoonfulls onto a greased cookie sheet.
- 6. bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes.
