INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs , slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
- 175 g vanilla yogurt
DIRECTIONS
- Beat together eggs, sugar, orange juice and lemon juice until well mixed.Cook over simmering water until thickened (should coat a spoon). Stir in yoghurt.Chill.
- Use as a sauce for fresh fruit or over cake.
- Enjoy.
