INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs , slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh)
  • 175 g vanilla yogurt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat together eggs, sugar, orange juice and lemon juice until well mixed.Cook over simmering water until thickened (should coat a spoon). Stir in yoghurt.Chill.
  2. Use as a sauce for fresh fruit or over cake.
  3. Enjoy.
