INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons fat, melted
  • 2egg whites

DIRECTIONS

  1. Measure, mix and sift the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add the milk gradually, then egg yolks and melted fat, mis.
  3. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  4. Cook in a waffle iron following directions given for the iron you use.
