INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb asadero cheese or American cheese , grated
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 anaheim chili , de-seeded and chopped
  • 1jalapeno pepper, de-seeded and chopped
  • 1serrano pepper, de-seeded and chopped
  • 1poblano peppers, de-seeded and chopped
  • 1 habanero pepper , de-seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions , chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter on medium heat
  2. Add peppers, onion, and garlic to the pan, and saute until the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Pour in the milk and stir and bring the milk up to temperature (warm).
  4. Add cheese a little at time, stirring to incorporate.The dip may seem thin while it’s warm, but will thicken as it cools.
  5. Enjoy with Tostadas and or vegetables!
