INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1/2 ounce anise-flavored liqueur (i.e. sambuca, pernod)
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • club soda

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine Tequila, Anise and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a highball glass over ice.
  4. Top with a splash of club soda.
