INGREDIENTS

  • 8 cups catsup
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoons onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large cooking pot.
  2. Bring to a simmer and allow to cook at a very low boil for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Can be refrigerated until ready for use.
