INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 (12ounce)can pillsbury ready-to-bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. In small bowl combine garlic powder, salt, basil and oregano.Blend well and set aside.
  3. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits.
  4. Place 1 biscuit in the center of an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Arrange remaining biscuits in a circle, edges slightly overlapping, around center biscuit.
  6. Genly press out to a 10 inch circle.
  7. Brush dough with olive oil and top with bell peppers and cheeses.
  8. Sprinkle garlic powder mixture overtop.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes of until golden brown.
  10. To serve pull apart warm biscuits.
