INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lb chestnuts
  • sea salt or kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place an "x" in the chestnut.
  2. Place chestnuts in an old aluminum pie pan.
  3. Sprinkle salt over chestnuts.
  4. Roast chestnuts in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove cover and enjoy!
