INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 lb chestnuts
- sea salt or kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- Place an "x" in the chestnut.
- Place chestnuts in an old aluminum pie pan.
- Sprinkle salt over chestnuts.
- Roast chestnuts in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Remove cover and enjoy!
