INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (8ounce)can tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine the flour with the spices in a small bowl. Add enough of the water until it reaches a thin paste consistency. Place the mixture into a medium saucepan. Add the remaining water.
  2. Once mixture starts to thicken you should add the tomato sauce. Simmer about 20 minutes.
