INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb isaly’s chipped ham
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese , cubbed into small chunks
- 3 hard-boiled eggs , chopped
- 2 sticks celery , chopped
- 1 small onion , chopped
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- salad dressing
DIRECTIONS
- In bowl mix all ingredients together.
- Add enough salad Dressing (mayo or Miracle Whip) to hold ingredients together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place on buns, cover with foil.
- Bake 350°F for about 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
