INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 200 g low-fat vanilla yogurt (acidophilus)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 medium ripe banana

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel and roughly chop banana.
  2. Combine milk, yoghurt, honey and banana in a blender or food processor with a steel blade.
  3. Blend for about one minute.
  4. Poor smoothie into glass and serve immediately.
