INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 200 g low-fat vanilla yogurt (acidophilus)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 medium ripe banana
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and roughly chop banana.
- Combine milk, yoghurt, honey and banana in a blender or food processor with a steel blade.
- Blend for about one minute.
- Poor smoothie into glass and serve immediately.
