INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (8ounce)cans of organic tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Bring ingredients to boil on the stove. Simmer 15 minutes, then take ketchup off heat for 10 minutes. Pour into a condiment jar and refrigerate. Makes a little over 4 cups of ketchup.
