INGREDIENTS

  • 1low-carb whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/4 cup low fat mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup zucchini
  • 1/4 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup carrots
  • 1/3 cup red peppers
  • 1/3 cup onions
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
  • nonstick cooking spray

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat pan to medium heat.
  2. spray with nonstick cooking oil.
  3. place cut up vegetables in pan with garlic.
  4. cook until soft yet crispy.
  5. put cooked vegetables on the wrap.
  6. top with cheese layered with basil.
  7. close wrap and cook in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
