INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2-3 cups blueberries (Fruit of choice or any fruit is great and frozen blueberries work well)
  • 1/4 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1egg white

DIRECTIONS

  1. combine ingredients from brown sugar thru powdered milk.
  2. combine:milk, yogurt and egg white.
  3. mix together.
  4. bake 375 degrees for ~20min.
  5. (i undercook them and refrigerate uneaten muffins.then pop one in a toaster even when ready to eat and it cooks through without drying them out).
