INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup oat bran
- 2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2-3 cups blueberries (Fruit of choice or any fruit is great and frozen blueberries work well)
- 1/4 cup non-fat powdered milk
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 1egg white
DIRECTIONS
- combine ingredients from brown sugar thru powdered milk.
- combine:milk, yogurt and egg white.
- mix together.
- bake 375 degrees for ~20min.
- (i undercook them and refrigerate uneaten muffins.then pop one in a toaster even when ready to eat and it cooks through without drying them out).
