INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano , dried
  • 2 garlic cloves , crushed
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (pounded to about 1/2 inch thick)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients (everything but the chicken).
  2. Add chicken breast halves to the marinade.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Grill until done (approximately 4-5 minutes on the George Foreman grill).
