INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream or fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh ginger , peeled and grated (more to taste, if desired)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2-3 drops hot pepper sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
  3. Serve with grilled meats as a topping or for dipping. Makes about 1 cup.
