INGREDIENTS

  • 12 eggs , separated
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 quart Jack Daniels Whiskey (Black Label)
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1 quart coffee creamer
  • 1 quart heavy whipping cream , whipped to medium peaks
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Break eggs and separate.
  2. To the yolks add all the sugar at one time and then beat thoroughly till the mixture is light, thick and smooth.
  3. add jack, a little at a time, beating vigorously.
  4. add all of rum and beat again.
  5. Add coffee cream.
  6. Then add the whipped heavy cream by folding inches.
  7. Lastly add the egg whites (beaten to stiff peaks) by also folding inches.
  8. Let stand to ripen 2 days.
  9. Serve in a silver punchbowl whith a sprinkle of nutmeg.
